In the summer of 2015, a passionate group of motocross enthusiasts came together to create something truly special. Elko Motocross Club emerged from this collective vision, rooted in the belief that motocross should be a sport for everyone to enjoy.

The heart of our club lies in the unwavering support of the Elko community. Through the generosity of local donations and grants, notably from the Nevada Off-Highway Vehicle Program (Nevada OHV), we have transformed our dream into a reality.

From 2021 to 2023, we embarked on a remarkable transformation of our motocross haven, making significant strides towards creating the ultimate riding experience for our members:

  • Access Road: A secure and efficient access road for seamless entry and exit.
  • Fencing: 70 acres of fencing for safety and exploration.
  • Motocross Track: A cutting-edge track for riders of all skill levels.
  • Trackside Water System: Dust control for clear vision and safety.
  • Future Lighting: Plans for night racing with advanced lighting systems.
